Rey Fort is the first and biggest tourist, entertainment, trade, business (office) complex in the south of Tehran. It is aimed to equalize economic disparity between the south and north of the city and create a business center in the area. This complex will be one of the largest not only in Tehran but also in Iran, and will include many different sections and departments that will make memorable and happy moments for visitors.

This complex is being built on a 14,000 square meter land with 150,000 square meter of floor space. A team of foreign, renowned architects took part in designing this complex, and state-of-the-art equipment is being used in constructing it.

The location of this project and its enormous potential to attract domestic and foreign tourists are two factors that have drawn many residents of Tehran to invest in this project.

The name “Rey Fort” is the combination of the name of the city of Rey, near which this complex is located, with the word “fort” meaning castle. This name emphasizes the influential historical background of this city in the history of Iran

Hossein Mahmudi has an M.S. degree in architecture from Shahid Beheshti University. He has over 30 years of experience in designing and undertaking commercial and residential projects as well as hospitals, hotels, and villas. He has also won several awards in domestic and international architectural competitions.

Hossein Mahmudi staetes that the architectural style of Rey Fort Complex is an internationally known style called “parametric architecture.” This style is characterized by wide use of mathematical formulae and computerized calculations. Most of the material used in constructing Rey Fort is prefabricated material.

•  receiver of consolation prize as top architect of shopping malls in Fourth Conference of Foreign Brands- 1396
•  receiver of consolation prize as top architect and honorary guest in Sixth Conference of Best Tower Builders in Iran- 1395
•  receiver of consolation prize as pioneer architect of shopping malls in Fourth Conference of Foreign Brands- 1394
•  accepted at the International Congress of Tectonic Facades in the United States in Los Angeles- 2018
•  awarded in Residential Buildings, Architecture And Construction – 1390
